What this covers

This policy describes how BASIX, LLC (“CHIROBASIX,” “we”) collects, uses, and protects information in our client enrollment portal (start.chirobasix.com), where chiropractic practices review a proposal, sign a services agreement, and set up payment.

Information we collect

• Business and contact information — practice name, address, website, and the contact details of the person enrolling (name, email, phone).
• Agreement records — your program selection, acceptance of terms, electronic signature, and the date, time, and IP address of signing (kept as evidence of the executed agreement and payment authorization).
• Payment information — collected and processed by our payment partners, not by us. We never receive or store your full bank account or card numbers; we hold only tokenized references, the bank name/last digits, and verification status.

Payment partners

Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Privacy Policy). If you connect or verify a bank account, that verification may be performed by Plaid. You provide your information to Plaid subject to the Plaid End User Privacy Policy, and you authorize Plaid to obtain, use, and share your bank account information for the purpose of verifying your account and enabling ACH payments.

How we use information

To prepare and execute your services agreement, verify your payment method, bill the subscription you selected, deliver the contracted services, meet legal and payment-network obligations (including proof of ACH debit authorization), and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Sharing

Information is shared only with the service providers needed to run this portal and your engagement — payment processing (Stripe, Plaid), hosting and infrastructure (Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare), our CRM and operations tools — and where required by law. Each provider processes data under its own security and privacy commitments.

Security & retention

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Executed agreements and payment-authorization records are retained for the duration of the client relationship plus seven years, as required for legal, tax, and payment-network purposes; enrollment links that are never completed expire after 90 days. You may request deletion of your information by contacting us — verified requests are honored within 30 days except where retention is legally required.
